I want to make a new post every week/weekend but this weekend I am going to be extremely busy with my baby boys 3rd birthday. Gezzz time sure flies when you’re having fun!!! Anyways I really just wanted to let you all know that I am doing a FREE 7 day challenge for you all to join in on. It includes a meal plan with a grocery list, work out tips, and motivation! I would really love to have as many of you join and see what kind of results you can get by just eating clean and staying active. Just an update on my goals…

I started this journey at 123. Yes some of you may say WOW I wish I was 123 but you have to keep in mind that I am only 4″11 and my stomach was not toned up at all. I’m happy to say I am now down to 111.5 my goal being 100 like I was before I ever got pregnant. At this point I am really starting to see some muscle definition and would not be upset if I stopped losing as long as I continued to tone up the way I am. I’m super excited and so glad I get to share this experience with you!
